PNER non-woven tools are manufactured from multiple heavily compressed non-woven layers bonded together using a specialized grain and resin system. This unique structure provides an excellent surface finish, high stock removal rate, and extended service life. PNER tools are available in four performance grades: Soft, Medium-Soft, Medium-Hard, and Hard.

PNK non-woven tools feature spiral-wound abrasive non-woven material wrapped around a core and supported by a specially engineered foam structure. The foam backing enhances tool durability, abrasive efficiency, and operational stability. PNK tools deliver superior finishing performance, high material removal rates, and long tool life, and are available in five grades: Soft, Medium-Soft, Medium-Hard, Hard, and Extra-Hard.
