Description

Our Special Type Strip Brushes are designed to meet unique industrial requirements and can be manufactured in a wide variety of configurations. Available with metal backing widths ranging from 1.8 mm to 13.5 mm, these brushes offer exceptional flexibility for sealing, cleaning, guiding, and protection applications across multiple industries.

Customers can choose from a broad selection of fill materials, including natural bristles, animal hair, plant fibers, wire, and high-performance synthetic filaments. Profile materials are available in galvanized steel, stainless steel (grades 1.4301 and 1.4571), and brass to suit different operating environments.

The brushes can be customized with various fill heights and supplied in lengths ranging from a few centimeters to maximum transportable sizes. Certain models, such as Type 60, can be mounted as two-part half rings on cylindrical bodies, making them ideal for use as roller brushes in specialized industrial applications.
